In order to reduce vaccination complications to the lowest level, 100% of pre-vaccination customers need to implement pre-vaccination screening regulations and then be specifically recorded in the vaccination screening screen to detect cases of contraintification of vaccination, cases of suspension of vaccination.
1. Contraint of vaccination in the following cases
Before vaccination, customers or relatives should provide information on vaccination screening vouchers to help screen subjects before they are in place, to prevent post-vaccination reactions, andhealth workers to advise on issues related to vaccination.
Contraint of vaccination in the following cases:
- Children who present with encephalitis within 7 days after receiving a previous dose of vaccine such as diphtheria, pertusus, tetanus for no other reason should not be vaccinated with a vaccine containing whooping cough composition.
- Pregnant women should not be vaccinated against live anti-toxic virus vaccination because there is a theoretical risk to the fetus so it is generally not recommended to vaccinate in case the person has health problems.
- Vaccination is contrained for cases with a history of reactions, severe allergies after 1 previous dose of vaccination.
- Immunodeed people (HIV/AIDS, congenital immunode decline) are contrained to vaccinate live vaccines. Do not vaccinate against tuberculosis for babies born to HIV-infected mothers without good prevention treatment transmitted from mother to child.
- People who are having functional impairment of the muscles (such as respiratory failure, bilular failure, heart failure, kidney failure, liver failure, …).
- Other cases of contrainatrainmation of vaccinations as directed by the manufacturer for each vaccine.
2. Cases where vaccination should be postponed
In order to ensure safety after vaccination against disease, vaccination should be postponed in some of the following cases:
- The child is or has just finished the dose of corticoid therapy (oral, injectable) within 14 days.
- Babies weighing less than 2000g.
- Postpone vaccination in children with acute diseases, especially infections.
- Child with ≥ 37.5OC or hypothermia ≤ 35.50C (temperature measurement in the armpit)
- Postpone vaccination in new children using immunoglobulin products for 3 months unless the child is using immunoglobulin for hepatitis B treatment.
- Other cases of suspension of vaccinations as directed by the manufacturer for each vaccine.
3. Some notes when vaccinating
- Some cases should still be injected if the protective benefits of the vaccine are much greater than the risk of post-injection reactions. For example, diphtheria-pertusus-tetanus vaccination is necessary for a person in an area with whooping cough, even if the person has had Guillain-Barré syndrome after 1 previous injection.
- In cases of severe or moderate illness, with or without fever, caution should be exercised when vaccinating all vaccines.
- Vaccination should not be delayed because of mild respiratory disease or mild acute disease or fever-free illness, but vaccination should not be delayed only in the presence of severe and moderate acute disease manifestations. It is necessary to be injected as soon as possible after these manifestations are no longer present.
Share99 International Health Hub is offering a package vaccination program with a variety of vaccines for a variety of subjects, from infants, young children, adults, women before and during pregnancy.
