Pregnancy and childbirth are the goddesses of the woman. Therefore, the causes of infertility are becoming a matter of interest to many people. Therefore, understanding the causes of the disease will help women take effective preventive measures.

Infertility in women can cause a woman to lose fertility and motherhood. There are many causes in which there are several basic causes that usually occur in the ovaries, uterus and ovate. If the causes of infertility in women are detected early and treated, the success rate will be higher.

2. Causes of infertility in women

All stages of ovulation and fertilization need to take place correctly in order to be able to get pregnant. Sometimes the problem that causes infertility in couples can be caused by influences on one side or both sides. There are about 1⁄3 cases of infertility caused by women, 1⁄3 cases of infertility caused by both women and men.

The causes of infertility in women can be:

  • Ovulation disorders cause effects on the release of ovules from the ovaries. These include endormonal disorders such as: polycystic ovary syndrome; or increased prolactin in the blood a phenomenon that occurs when a woman's body has too much prolactin—a hormone that stimulates breast milk production—can also interfere with ovulation. Or there are too many thyroid hormones (armor enhances)that can affect the menstrual cycle or cause infertility. Other possible causes include excessive intensity of exercise, eating disorders or tumors.
  • Uterus or abnormalities in the uterus. These abnormalities include uterus polyps or abnormalities in the shape of the uterus. Benign tumors in the uterine city(uterine fibroids)can cause infertility by blocking the ovary or preventing fertilized eggs from nesting in the uterus.
  • Damage or obstruction of the ovary ducts. This phenomenon usually occurs due to inflammation of theopian tubes (inflammation of the proboscis). This may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease, which is usually caused by sexually transmitted infections, endometriosis or sticking to the uterus.
  • Endometriosis. This sign occurs when endometrial tissue develops outside the uterus and it can affect the functioning of the ovaries, uterus and ovulation ducts.
  • Ovarian ins failure (early menopause) occurs when the ovaries stop working and menstruation ends before the age of 40. Although the cause is often unclear, some factors associated with early menopause include diseases of the immune system or some genetic diseases such as Turner syndrome, carriers of Fragile X syndrome, and radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.
  • Adhesion to the pelvic area. Strips of scar tissue associated with organs may form after pelvic infection, appendicitis, endometriosis or abdominal surgery, or pelvic surgery.
  • Cancer and cancer treatment. Some cancers, especially fertility, often impair fertility in women. Even radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of cancer can affect fertility.

  • Give up or do not smoke. Not to mention general health, tobacco has many negative effects on fertility and also on the fetus. If you are smoking and plan to get pregnant then quit now.
  • Avoid the use of alcohol and addictive drugs or entertainment drugs such as ecstasy. These substances can reduce the likelihood of conception and a healthy pregnancy. Immediately give up alcohol, addictive entertainment drugs such as marijuana, ecstasy if you are planning to become pregnant.
  • Limit the use of caffeine-containing substances. If possible ask your doctor for guidance on safe caffeine use.
  • Exercise with moderate intensity. Regular exercise is important for health, but excessive exercise can affect fertility.
