- Preparation of ingredients: 50g chicken (choose the white meat), 30g sweet corn, 30g carrots, 200ml chicken broth, 1 quail egg, wood ear, shiitake mushrooms, cassava flour, spring onion and spices;
- Rinse the chicken, then finely chop or shred;

- Preparation of raw materials: 300g carp, 20g ginger, cooking oil and spices;
